National Emergency Center (ESNAD)
Official authorities make real-time decisions to handle critical
emergency situations based on the available information. And
to obtain such information officials rely on different sources of
information. ESNAD empowers its users with a Full Situational
Awareness by integrating data from different sources and
systems, such as Incident Management System, Automatic
Vehicle Location System (AVLS), Geographical Information
System (GIS) and Emergency Medical Services Incident
logging..
ESNAD is immensely beneficial to agencies as it achieves the
following
- Standardize the process of crisis and emergency management
- Handle and respond to emergencies in quick and efficient
manner
- Centralize emergency/crisis management to provide single
version of the truth
- Improve decision-making process by providing accurate, real-time
information
- Provide real-time communication and dispatching for the
emergency vehicles in the field
- Full situational awareness by integrating various data sources
(e.g. Incident Management System, GIS information, in-vehicle
devices, call information, etc.)
ESNAD provides three different data views for real-time
monitoring and history replay
- Map View: shows all static and dynamic location information of
your operations and/or vehicles on the map
- Vehicles/Operations Status Views: shows the detailed status of
the calls taken and/or the vehicles in the real time or in the time
of history replay
- Alarms View: shows the alarms currently raised (e.g. GeoFencing,
over speeding, Excessive idling.)
