GIS Training in Openware

The second set of training for GIS Courses took place in Openware from 31/01/2010 to 17/03/2010. They covered a wide range of courses starting from “Introduction to ArcGIS server” to “Advanced Analysis levels”. Conducted by Mr. Nael Khalil - Training Manager in OpenWare and an ESRI certified Tutor in seventeen training areas- these trainings were managed and prepared by co-tutors Mrs. Hanadi Al- Khateeb and Mr. Mohamed Darwish with technical support from Mr. Ismail Hafez.

People who joined the trainings were from various GIS related fields in concerned departments of Kuwait Institute of Scientific Research, Ministry of Interior and Kuwait Oil Company. Some students even joined from the northern part of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. At the end of the training, certificates were awarded to the students. Special thanks go to Mr. Afif Moghrabi, Marketing Specialist- Openware, for his special efforts in making the training successful.
